Games, Rom Coms, and Murder Mysteries
If you know me (or even if you don’t but have stumbled upon my social media or engaged me in a casual conversation) you know that I love games and Hallmark Channel movies all year long. I co-host Hallmark Channels’ Bubbly Sesh podcast where my friend Shawl and I interview Hallmark Channel talent and recap the new Hallmark Channel movies each week. They give me my weekly rom com fix, plus did you know that they have another network? Hallmark Movies & Mysteries has a whole slew of different mystery series. Yes, this is not a drill. I’ve been a sucker for mysteries since I was a little girl and Angela Lansbury as Jessica Fletcher in Murder, She Wrote inspired me to be an amateur sleuth. (I’ve not solved any cases…yet. But not for lack of trying.)
Get those Christmas Celebrations Going!
I’m willing to bet that you know Hallmark Channel is the destination for all things Christmas. With so many great new movies each holiday season and so much Christmas spirit, how could Hallmark Channel not be synonymous with Christmastime? They’re like Mariah Carey. MARIAH CAREY IS CHRISTMAS. Apologies in advance for the fact that you will not be able to get “All I Want For Christmas Is You” outta your head for the rest of the day. Also, do yourself a favor and watch Mariah Carey’s Hallmark Channel Christmas movie A Christmas Melody. Anyway, I digress. This year is the 10th anniversary of Countdown to Christmas and Hallmark Channel is looking to celebrate in a big way. Superfans like myself are already excited. I was sharing my enthusiasm with Cassie one day about a month ago and she looked at me and said, “Why don’t we make a Bundle all about Countdown to Christmas?” and I said, “WHY DIDN’T I THINK OF THAT BEFORE?” *Cue Mariah Carey music*
Bundle: Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas Edition
So we developed Bundle: Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas Edition. We got input from other fans, did play tests at Hallmark Channel offices in NYC and LA, and worked with a fantastic team of Hallmark Channel creatives to make the ultimate game for fans and casual viewers alike. We also worked with Angelique Markowski, a fabulous graphic designer (and friend!) as well as the Hallmark Channel design team to give Bundle her Christmas flair.
We are grateful to be partnering with Hallmark Channel on this game and even though it might seem like it’s a little early to be thinking about Christmas (but hey, it is Christmas in July!) you can pre-order your game here to make sure you have it in time for the holiday season. And maybe someday there will be a Murder, She Wrote Bundle in development. Hey, the Bundle: Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas Edition is proof that dreams do come true!
